  1. New starter health assessment

    • Questionnaire based assessments appropriate to specific roles. This ensures the employer is aware of the potential need for restrictions or adjustments in the role due to health conditions, whilst protecting medical confidentiality.
    • Face to face or remote physician assessment where significant concerns about fitness arise.
  2. Case management

    • Management referrals are assessed by experienced occupational physicians, to provide reports for HR/management on, for example, sickness absence, fitness for role, adjustments, return to work plans, and the Equality Act.
