Management referrals are undertaken by fully qualified physicians with qualifications in Occupational Medicine, and the service is overseen by a Consultant Occupational Physician. Advice can be offered on fitness for work, return to work planning, timescales, possible adjustments, and short or long term sickness absence.

Our reports aim to assist with case progression by explaining health-related matters, documenting progress to date, and offering clear advice on measures that may help with case progression.
